My stay at this resort was quite disappointing. While the property itself is large and could be beautiful, the management and service levels were severely lacking. The room I stayed in definitely did not meet the standards I was expecting, and the overall experience left much to be desired.

I booked what was advertised as a deluxe sunset villa, but I couldn't even see the sunset from my room. The room felt rundown and wasn't as clean as I hoped, and the air conditioning didn’t really work well.

The housekeeping was frustratingly poor. I had to repeatedly ask for them to clean the room, and they often didn't replace towels or change the bedsheets. The front desk staff wasn’t particularly helpful or accommodating.

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Secret Cliff Resort during our honeymoon. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, and the pools offered some truly beautiful sunset moments.
